As it’s likely we’ve never met, may I give you some sense of myself?
I have always appreciated customer service (at least on the rare instances I’ve been able to find some!) and value attention to detail. Consequently, I expect others value it as well. That said, I’ll be there for you through every step of the transaction – guaranteed!
You’ll have the benefit of my sales and marketing background, my knowledge of the local market, and my competency when it comes to dealing with that most capricious element in any negotiation process: the people.
I have the advantage of having passed through most age groups and consequently understand the unique perspective of each. Over that time I’ve served on a number of Real Estate Board committees – Education, Community Relations and, most significantly, Business Practices. I understand my fiduciary duties owed to my clients better than most, and take them very seriously: loyalty, confidentiality and full disclosure.
And I can usually find the humor in any situation. You can have the benefit of that, too.
My website has recently undergone a makeover and I’ve included a ‘blog’ component – a real one, not just an account of my listings. I’ll post real estate ideas on a regular basis (some may be more relevant than others!) and I hope you’ll find its contents both interesting and useful.
